pH sensors with ISFET chips – YMJDEA
YMJDEA microelectronics developed the marketable Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistors or ISFETs.
ISFET can be customized to detect specific ions or biological substances; the soil nutrients like Nitrate, phosphate, and Potassium, Albumin in urine for examples.
This is a intrigue property of ISFET as a sensor platform. Thanks to semiconductor process technology, ISFETs is a very small electronic sensor which can be integrated into rugged electronic monitoring and controlling systems.
Base structure
· Sensor base materials: Silicon, Polysilicon
· Technology: 4″ planar CMOS process
· pH-sensitive material: Ta₂O₅
It is a solid state, potentiometric sensor capable of measuring pH in the range of pH 1 to pH 14 with a linear response.
Notes:We can process and customize according to customer requirements
